We try to package and ship orders within 24 hours, but times will depend on the overall volume of orders at any given time. You will get a notification when your order has been shipped.

When you place an order, you will have the option to checkout as a guest or create an account with us. Creating an account means you will be able to log into our website and view past orders and manage your shipping preferences to check out faster in the future.

When your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification that includes a tracking number. If you don’t receive your order within 3 business days, call us so that we can look into it further for you.

If you have an account with us, you will have the option to save your payment information for quicker checkout in the future. We will not keep any credit card info on file if you do not.

Sales tax is charged based on the eCommerce tax rules in Canada. Customers from each province are charged the tax rates applicable in their province.

Currently, we are only shipping to Canada. If you see something you like, call the store, and we’ll see if we can arrange international shipping with you.

30 days full refund for unopened items. Customers will be responsible for related shipping fees. Restocking fees will apply for opened items that pass inspection and can be resold.
